Refund policy
At THRIVE & THRILL™, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we make returns and refunds simple and transparent.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received it
- With all original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact our support team at info@thriveandthrill.com. We’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back. Please note: returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@thriveandthrill.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Custom or personalized products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and place a new order for the replacement product after your return is approved.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the same eligibility criteria above. Contact info@thriveandthrill.com to initiate your EU return.
